Adjustment of electric valve device

1. According to the selected model and specifications, fix the device according to the diagram, and the grounding terminal on the rear board must be firmly grounded.

2. The circuit diagram numbers of the controller and electric equipment are the same. Connect the controller and electric equipment with the same terminal numbers using cables

Come on, if the user does not need on-site control, terminals 12, 13, and 14 may not be connected. Electric valve operators are used in automatic control systems

Terminals 12, 13, and 14 are used as input terminals for signals corresponding to "automatic on" and "automatic off".

3. Press the power button, the power indicator light will light up, the on-site remote control switch will point to remote control, and the remote control indicator light will light up.

4. Use the handwheel to open the valve to 50% of its opening, press the open or close valve button, and check if the direction of rotation of the valve matches the pressed button

If there is any inconsistency, immediately press the stop button to cut off the three-phase power supply and replace the arbitrary two phases in the three-phase power supply.

5. Press the open valve button, and when the valve is fully opened, the open valve indicator light on the front panel will light up; Press the close valve button, and when the valve is fully closed in place

When, the valve closing indicator light on the front panel lights up; When the valve needs to be stopped during the opening or closing process, press the stop button to stop the valve.

Short circuit terminals 4 and 7, and the trouble light on the front panel will light up.

6. When the valve is in the fully open position, adjust the potentiometer on the front panel to show * on the opening gauge.

7. The on-site remote control switch points to the site, and the on-site indicator light is on. There is a short circuit between terminals 12 and 13, and the valve and opening direction are running, indicating inching
