Classification of steam trap valves and principle of lever trap valves
view :
The basic function of a steam trap is to quickly discharge the air, cold non condensable gases, and condensed water generated after the use of steam in the steam system; Simultaneously, it automatically prevents steam leakage. There are many types of drain valves, each with different performance. When selecting a steam trap, you should first choose its characteristics that can meet the operation of steam heating equipment, and then consider other objective conditions. Only then can you choose the steam trap you need correctly and effectively.
Classification of steam trap valves and principle of lever trap valves
The function of a steam trap (referred to as a trap) is to automatically remove non condensable gases such as steam condensate and air from heating equipment or steam pipelines, without leaking steam. Due to the steam blocking and drainage function of the drain valve, it can evenly heat the steam heating equipment and fully utilize the latent heat of steam to prevent water hammer from occurring in the steam pipeline.
