Pressure balance valve control differential installation:

Taking the ZYC type self operated differential pressure control valve installed on the return water pipeline as an example to illustrate its working principle. When the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal is transmitted from the connecting pipe to the upper chamber of the diaphragm, which drives the valve core to move downwards or upwards, reducing or increasing the flow area of the valve seat. P2-P3 also increases or decreases until P1-P2 maintains its original value constant. At the moment when the return water pressure P3 increases or decreases, the flow velocity towards the outlet of the valve seat decreases or increases, and the pressure P2 under the diaphragm also increases or decreases at this moment, driving the valve core to move up or down until the force on the diaphragm is re balanced, P2 returns to its original value, and P1-P2 protects the original value constant, thereby ensuring that the pressure difference between the supply and return water of the controlled system remains basically unchanged.

Control pressure difference range of self operated pressure balancing valve:

Constant pressure difference type: 0.03MPa, accuracy ± 10%

Installation requirements for self operated pressure balancing valve

The pressure balance valve should be installed in the direction of water flow indicated by the arrow on the valve body. DN32-125 valves should be installed on the return water pipeline. The installation joint of the connecting pipe should be installed on the supply water pipeline, and the inner hole of the connecting pipe should be confirmed to be connected to the supply pipe (the installation joint is 1/4 pipe thread). Then, the connecting pipe should be installed, and the other end of the connecting pipe should be connected to the control hole on the valve. DN15-25 valves should be installed on the supply water pipeline, and the connecting pipe should be connected to the return water.
