1. Before leaving the factory, the pipeline flame arrester is equipped with plastic protective covers at the inlet and outlet to protect the flange sealing surface from wear. During on-site installation, the blue flange protective cover must be removed before installation

2. In order to facilitate on-site installation, Minsheng Petrochemical has adjusted the flame retardant core components, which are not affected by the direction of gas passing through. They can be directly installed on the required pipeline according to the flange standard on site and can be used;

3. Pipeline flame arresters are generally installed at a distance of about 5-10m from the combustion furnace, and can be installed horizontally or vertically;

4. The pipeline for installing the flame arrester must be clean and free from impurities, dirt, or other substances that can block the gaps between the flame arrester core components and affect the normal use of the flame arrester. In order to ensure the flame retardant effect of the flame arrester, it is necessary to regularly inspect and clean the flame arrester core components. If the flame retardant core is used for too long (more than two years) and damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new flame retardant core in a timely manner.
